1. Acceptance

These terms apply to the AI Cleaner Kit iOS app and to this website (aicleanerkit.uk). By using the app or the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or the site.

2. License

Your use of the app is licensed, not sold, and is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available through the App Store. These terms supplement that agreement; where they conflict for app usage, Apple's standard EULA prevails.

3. Subscriptions

• Some features require an auto-renewing subscription. The available plans, prices, billing periods and any free-trial terms are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase — the price displayed there at the time of purchase is the price that applies.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID account settings before the current period ends.
• You can cancel anytime in your device Settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions). The app does not add any steps of its own to cancellation.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Your content

Your photos and contacts are yours. The app analyzes them on your device to suggest cleanups; every deletion or change requires your explicit confirmation in the app, and system-level confirmations may also apply. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before confirming them.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that duplicate detection will identify every duplicate or never suggest a non-duplicate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the app or the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
